4月29日，由中国联合国采购促进会农业发展分会副秘书长薛淳宇以及国际部副主任崔龙带队企业，协助尼泊尔驻华使馆主办的环喜马拉雅国家驻华使节应对气候变化研讨会暨“为喜马拉雅种棵树”活动成功举办。此次活动旨在凝聚环喜马拉雅地区国家驻华使节及联合国驻华代表的共识，共同探讨气候变化应对策略，并通过植树行动践行生态保护承诺。

On April 29, 2025, the Seminar on Climate Change Response by Envoys of Himalayan Countries in China and the accompanying "Plant a Tree for Himalaya" Campaign were successfully organized under the leadership of Nepal Embassyand Mr. Xue Chunyu, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Association for Promoting UN Procurement Agricultural Development Association, and Mr. Cui Long, Deputy Director of the International Department. The event aimed to foster consensus among envoys from Himalayan countries and the UN Representative in China, jointly address climate change strategies, and demonstrate commitments to ecological conservation through practical tree-planting initiatives.  

研讨会聚焦区域合作——

       来自尼泊尔、不丹、印度、巴基斯坦等环喜马拉雅国家的驻华使节及代表齐聚一堂，就气候变化对高山生态系统的影响、跨境环保合作机制等议题展开深入交流。与会各方一致同意加强技术共享与政策协调，推动区域绿色可持续发展。

Regional Collaboration in Focus——

Envoys and representatives from Nepal, Buthan, India, Pakistan and other Himalayan countries convened to discuss the impact of climate change on alpine ecosystems and mechanisms for cross-border environmental cooperation. Participants unanimously agreed to strengthen technical sharing, policy coordination, and regional green sustainable development.

       研讨会结束后，全体参会代表共同参与植树活动，在象征团结与希望的喜马拉雅松树苗上镌刻各国名称，以实际行动助力生态修复。该活动不仅提升了公众对高山环境保护的关注，也为后续跨国联合行动奠定基础。

"Plant a Tree for Himalaya" Philanthropic Initiative——

Following the seminar, attendees jointly planted Himalayan pine saplings inscribed with the names of participating nations, symbolizing unity and hope. This initiative not only raised public awareness of alpine environmental protection but also laid the groundwork for future transnational ecological restoration efforts.

       尼泊尔驻华大使全面解析尼泊尔对外经贸政策，分享“一带一路”框架下的国家发展战略，并展望中尼双边合作的新机遇。尼泊尔驻华商务参赞聚焦旅游业、农产品加工、清洁能源、基础设施建设四大领域，揭秘尼泊尔招商引资的独特优势与优惠政策。  

Nepal Economic and Trade Investment Exchange Forum——  

His Excellency the Ambassador of Nepal to China will deliver a comprehensive analysis of Nepal’s foreign economic and trade policies, sharing insights into the nation’s development strategies under the Belt and Road Initiative framework and outlining prospects for new opportunities in bilateral cooperation between Nepal and China. The Commercial Counsellor of Nepal to China will spotlight four key sectors—tourism, agricultural product processing, clean energy, and infrastructure development—unveiling Nepal’s distinctive advantages and preferential policies for investment attraction.  

       作为活动协助者，中国联合国采购促进会农业发展分将充分发挥国际资源优势，为国内农业企业与环喜马拉雅国家搭建合作桥梁，推动农业技术、生态产品及绿色服务“走出去”，助力我国农业企业开拓国际蓝海市场。

As a key organizer, the China Association for Promoting UN Procurement Agricultural Development Association leveraged its global network to bridge collaboration between Chinese agricultural enterprises and Himalayan countries. By promoting the internationalization of agricultural technologies, eco-friendly products, and green services, the association continues to empower domestic enterprises in exploring overseas markets.
